26/6/12 : Mid Valley : Purposeless

Visited Mid Valley yesterday together with my mum. It was an interesting trip as we got kinda lost while on the way. Blame the GPS...

As usual, this post will be more on pictures.

The Garden, Mid Valley.

Marketplace. This is the food heaven if you're looking for delicacies of any sort that tantalises your taste bud.

Sushi @ Cold Storage.

Cold Storage. The price would be a little overpriced. A nangka would cost RM40! But, if you're looking for imported goods from other countries, this might suit you.

Over-edited and coloured wall texture.

An empty cup with a spoon.

Somehow, this reminds me of the Infinite Stairs in the Inception and also the stairs at Hogwarts, just that they don't really move.

Wei Ling art gallery. Simple but its content brings you to a new dimension, esp when it comes to Ahmad Osni Peii's "Forms Unknown Made" exhibition.

Forms Unknown Made by Ahmad Osni Peii.

Another atrium at The Gardens.

Canton-I logo.

Ice Kacang and Durian cendol. The durian cendol was kinda plain and tasted more like a durian kuih.

Wall

Look above and behold...lite...

Escalators.

Wine Ice Cream.

The greatest part was : we didn't have a purpose of coming to Mid Valley.

That...That explains why...

so, I'm having my sem break and it's pretty meaningless.Fortunately, I still have one week left, which is also the bad news.

Ever wondered if you could make a U-turn on the road you're travelling and change what you've done? Many thought so. But life's like that...it's a one way. Also, many tend to say, forget your past and change now, it's not too late. yes, I could make that significant change right now and right here, but the result wouldn't have been the same because the beginning of the process was my past.   It is the happenings from yesterday that mould our life's today. How we behave. How smart we are. And, from the past, it is used to predict the future. That's why there're really superstitious people out there, including myself that believe in Horoscope, Numerology, Facebook lucky number, colour and percentage, Tarrot card, magical dices etc..

There're things that I wished I've done right at the first place.

As many could see, I'm pretty quiet. But inside there, I'm shouting and banging on my thorax and it gets harder and faster...errm like I'm hearing voices from my heartbeat. Well, not actually. I still hope that one day I could be a person that is expressive and outgoing. My explanation towards this "inferiority complex" characteristic of mine rooted from parents and friends. Sometimes, I don't have the chance to speak, probably the topic isn't my specialty or just plainly no chance. Sometimes, my opinions are rejected and sometimes being humiliated. my dad don't treat me like how he treated me like before. Making a man out of me, he may think, but as you can see, such treatment results in an opposite effect. My opinions, washed away; freedom of speech, snatched.

Frankly, this is the core towards all of my regrets in my life. But, I can't do anything about it, or I don't know what am I supposed to do.

This explains why I freak out in front of people, esp. esp. esp. girls.
This explains why I'm still single. Hence,
This explains why I get along with more boys. Thus,
This explains why I may characterized as gay.
This explains why I became a prefect. This explains why I resigned as Ketua Pengawas on 2008.
This explains why I was beaten up by 60 people. Thanks to Arun who saved my ass.
This explains why I became Ketua Kumpulan on 2011/12.
This explains why I never lost during the Prefect AGM.
This explains why I seldom ask questions in class.
This explains why I don't get awesome results.
This explains why I'm not good as others.
This explains not many people understand me...
This explains who I am...

Anything you'll like to add?

You just can't find in here.

Video: Life Being Lifeless

hello. people. so. woke up this morning and did something....(maybe you won't like it)....

wait for it....(that's what Barney Stinson said)

A video!

Ok. so this video is about time management. It was supposed to be a longer version, which how he succeeded in managing his time efficiently. This video is focuses only one the grim (dull) side of the  the life being lifeless.

It's pretty short and hope you like it. Thank you. Please do give comments of any sorts.
BTW, the whole process of filming, editing and producing the video was did entirely by only one person. So, don't expect much. Plus, I do not have adequate/quality props and a great idea as inspiration kicked in while I was asleep.

19/6 KL : a mild breath

I have no idea what the title is all about.

so, today dad acompanied me to visit KL....2nd time of the year. and, it didn't go relly that sort of being utilized...but hey, that's a different way of exploring a city. following the pace of  an adult along with some nagging 'bout that RM10 incident. I know that the post 'bout that event is kinda blurry and not specific enough...but that's what you should know. and, what you might not know, is the reason i gave the black a RM10. it is not that i was being conned. i saw through his intention which therefore does not fit the definition of being conned or cheated, which the person is totally unaware of what is actually happening. the RM10 note was more like a sacrifice in order to get rid  of him.

ok, back to the topic of the day. we had lunch at Soong Kee restaurant whose beef ball mee is famous in KL. the serving was a filling one and they really tasted pretty good. the noodles are smoother and less entangled which the sauce and minced meat could get along well. the meat ball tasted like what balls should taste like, where it is bouncy but you could feel a crisp when you lay your fangs into the ball.

Soong Kee Restaurant with unknown uncle.

Then, we had a stroll throught the streets of Masjid Jamek to Pasar Seni.

Pasar Seni is a colorful place where traditional souvenirs could be found. A cultural heritage not being engulfed by the competence of foreigners and brutal slays of modernization.

Pasar Seni Chinese Street.

You could find art and inspiration of any form, whether it could from the papers, the people, or the ambiance.

A display of oil paintings and portraits behind Pasar Seni.

Paintings of all (at least tourists') cups of tea.

From the lighting till the tiles, can you smell the scent of the old days?
*neh, i'm just being poetic*

here's dad's sunglasses with the reflection of the railway track. It's not clear, i know.

KLCC Centre Court and Harley Davidson bike

We arrived at KLCC.

then to Pavilion.
Don't tell me this is like a gateway to Hogwarts.
@ Food Republic, Pavilion.

Ok, the dragon ain't that clear afterall....@Dragon-I, Pavilion

Stopped by at Starhill Gallery:

Starhill Gallery entrance and numbers on the ceiling. (yes, it's a ceiling)

I think I've taken this pic before.

Through the walkways in the building.

I can't make up my mind whether to call this building a gallery or a mall or something else. The artistic features and elegant design gives the impression like no other. It somehow makes you feel that you're shopping (if you are) or enjoying life in a gallery.

The centre court at the Feast level.

Indulge, Adorn, Explore, Pamper, Relish and Muse yourself, but don't Feast yourself.

It's pretty quiet and peaceful here.

The piano at the centre court

Vietnamese cuisine

Chandelier

A cluster of LED lighting?

Even the escalators look unique.

Ya...i posted this pic too...but it is taken again.

is it a wine glass?

the entrance from Starhill Gallery to Marriott Hotel. *blur*

Flowers dipped in blue liquid.

Red branches.

I guess there's nothing much for me say in this post.

Any suggestion for me to make this holiday a meaningful one?

E-exam : Accounting

finally, the last paper of the semester. well, there's only 2 subjects, but they are lethal and fatal. i hoped that somehow my results will be ok. i'm not really bright in accounting, nor am i really interested or fascinated by numbers. i just don't speak their language which are dollars and cents. ya' see, money isn't everything, but they're just something that must fill your pocket wherever you are.

right, back to the exam. i didn't really study that hard. there were 'bout 10 questions that i didn't know how to do. let's just hope that i'll pass this exam. but, definitely i've put more time in this subject compared to business. oh...did i mention that i've got fever last sunday, the day before i had my business exam. also, i passed my business with 72. next time, i just have to work harder.

let's toss those pens and papers, books and notes. holiday, here i come. ohh....great. I need to get my driving license. this semester was kinda hectic till the extend that i've to put the driving lessons aside. well, it's not totally my fault. the driving teacher didn't get to finish what i'm supposed to learn.

i seriously need a holiday. i mean, not just stay-in-the-home-do-nothing-holidays, but a vacation.
i haven't been visiting places for the whole year, except hometowns and KL. i've not went out from malaysia since form 2! ohh ya...college is expensive, isn't it?

Bored? Gimme another chance...
